This is film remembered mainly Telugu Aanimuthyam Legend NT Ramarao's debut as a police inspector, and as singer Ghantasala's first composing assignment. This film relies heavily on Burrakatha and Oggukatha folk forms.L.V Prasad directed the movie. The song "Kallaninnu choosinane pilla" picturized on NTR is a good song. The best song is "Jayajayani" from this movie.
